Dale has made a name for himself in the community, not only as a hard worker but as a business professional. Born and raised in Milwaukee and a current resident of Franklin, he has been a lender for well over a decade. “It’s not just the time in the business, it’s about the volume that gives you the experience and exposure to a million different scenarios” says Dale, and he has had volumes other loan officers won’t accrue in their lifetime. Dale’s passion for educating clients in choosing their best mortgage option is second to none. Dale has won awards for service and sales throughout his career.

Dale is a founding member of Mortgage Bankers. “There are great people that I have teamed up with at Mortgage Bankers of Wisconsin. The products that we are able to offer along with our teamwork approach to service will truly make us stand out in the industry. This is why I helped start Mortgage Bankers of Wisconsin.”

Keith Borngesser was born and raised in the greater Milwaukee area so he knows the area well. Keith graduated from Cardinal Stritch University with an Associate degree while working full time as a credit manager for a fortune 500 company. Keith has over 7 years of experience in the consumer finance industry. He has also successfully owned two small businesses for more than 5 years and brings that same entrepreneurial attitude to Mortgage Bankers of Wisconsin. If it can be done, I will do it!

Keith follows the philosophy of doing for others what he expects to be done for him. He believes that what matters most in a mortgage transaction is that his clients are advised of all of their options and are left feeling their expectations were not only met, but exceeded.
