Jim Lutz is a life long resident of the Milwaukee area. Jim graduated from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering. After a brief stent in the engineering world, Jim knew he was meant for relationship sales. Jim spent 7 years as a Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Representative helping clients with their financial goals and then turned his problem solving skills to the mortgage business where he has spent the last 12 years. His objective has always been to listen to the client, put himself in their shoes and help them reach their goals.

In the community Jim is very active with fundraising for the MACC Fund, Coaching Wrestling and Soccer and leading Boy Scout Troop 21. Jim also loves sports and can be seen playing at the local hockey rinks or biking and running at area races.
