James Walczak has been in the mortgage banking industry since 1997. Serving clients for almost a decade in a variety of interest-rate environments has allowed James to develop a thorough understanding of customer needs and mortgage alternatives and options. James believes in spending time with his clients to develop a mortgage plan that considers their preferences.

James graduated from California State University San Marcos with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and entered the mortgage industry. He has developed solid industry knowledge and an ever-expanding portfolio of satisfied customers. With a thorough understanding of the products and programs, James is able to fit the specific needs of his customer. He will spend the time to truly understand what the client is looking for and assist in identifying the required financial data to determine the viability of the loan request.

James also joined a large family upon returning to Wisconsin. He now resides in Menomonee Falls with his wife Sue, a Wauwatosa School District social worker, and their two wonderful children. He joined Mortgage Bankers of Wisconsin to better serve his customers. He is a welcome member of the Mortgage Banker’s team.
